Truck Auctions, Payments & Buyer Support – Hope Auto Sales

Hey everyone, I could really use some advice. Two days ago I won a 2022 Ram 1500 TRX Final Edition on hopeautosalesinc.com. I was so excited that I completely overlooked the invoice email. I just logged in this morning and realized the invoice had to be paid within 24 hours, but now it has already expired. Has anyone here ever made the same mistake? Were you still able to complete the purchase after contacting Fort Hays Auto Sales or am I probably out of luck?

Congrats on winning the TRX! I bought a 2021 Ford F-150 Raptor 37 Performance Package from hopeautosalesinc.com earlier this year. I never missed a payment deadline, but I did have to contact customer support after my auction because I had paperwork questions. They’re actually very responsive. I’d contact support immediately through the website. You’ll find the phone number and contact information there. I definitely wouldn’t assume you’ve lost the truck until you speak with them.

I agree with Mike. I’ve purchased two trucks through Hope Auto Sales, including my 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD High Country Duramax, and every time customer service was excellent. If you’re anywhere near Hays, I’d even stop by their office 1004 2900 Ave Abilene Kansas 67410. Otherwise just call the number listed on hopeautosalesinc.com as soon as possible. The faster you contact them, the better.

I haven’t missed an invoice before, but I have bought my 2020 GMC Sierra 3500HD AT4 Duramax through hopeautosalesinc.com. Support was one of the best parts of my experience. I’d send an email and call them today. If you’re within driving distance, I’d personally go to 1004 2900 Ave Abilene Kansas 67410 and talk with someone in person. I’m sure they’ll explain what your options are.

Thanks, everyone. I honestly thought the payment window was 48 or even 72 hours. That’s my mistake. I’m going to call support as soon as they open and I’ll also send an email through the website. If I can’t get everything sorted over the phone, I’ll probably drive to Abilene this afternoon.

That’s exactly what I’d do. Just explain everything honestly. When I contacted them they answered pretty quickly, so hopefully they can tell you whether they can reopen the invoice or what the next step is. That TRX is definitely worth making the trip for.

Keep us updated. I’d be surprised if support didn’t at least explain your options. Hopefully you’ll be posting pictures of that 2022 Ram 1500 TRX Final Edition here in a few days.
